We are focusing on our HS1 Control Panel Subassembly process in our Cooling Business Unit. The SMART goals are to reduce cycle time by 15% over baseline by June 2 and to reduce changeover time by 80% over baseline by June 30.

When: Tuesday May 6 thru Friday May 9th.

Tues-Thurs: 7:30AM-3:30PM

Friday: 7:30AM-12Noon

Where: Lennox Marshalltown plant

We have 1 seat open for an ILC member. PPE is safety glasses, safety-toe shoes, and gloves & sleeves as needed (Lennox has glasses, gloves, sleeves, and some clunky strap-on safety toe covers…bring your own shoes if at all possible). Non-disclosure agreement and some quick safety training included for a visitor.
