ILC Lean Connect
ILC Lean Connect
March 13 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Lean Connect (formerly Lean Learning Hour) is your chance to connect virtually with fellow continuous improvement practitioners and share your questions, curiosities, and knowledge on a specific topic.
Designed to be interactive and participatory, Lean Connect encourages attendees to share their own experiences, insights, and questions. It’s all about expanding your continuous improvement knowledge and networking in a supportive and collaborative environment.
No formal presentations or speakers here! We’ll kick things off as a large group, set our expectations, and then break into smaller rooms for more intimate discussions. We’ll reconvene at 9:45 to share our “a-ha” moments.
Note that breakout rooms won’t have formal facilitators – it’s all about organic conversation. You’ll receive the discussion questions about two days before the session.
Due to the interactive nature of Lean Connect, if you log in after 9:10 am, you won’t be able to join the discussion rooms.
March topic: Change Management for the CI Practitioner
Summary of What to Expect from Lean Connect:
- Interactive Discussions: No formal presentations or speakers—just open dialogue and sharing of insights.
- Breakout Rooms: We’ll begin as a large group to set expectations before breaking into smaller rooms for intimate, organic conversations. Note: breakout rooms won’t have formal facilitators, fostering authentic peer-to-peer exchanges.
- Share and Reflect: At 9:45 am, we’ll reconvene as a large group to share “a-ha” moments and key takeaways.
- Timely Arrival: To ensure you have the best experience, please log in before 9:10 am, as latecomers cannot join the breakout discussions.
New for 2025: Some Lean Connect sessions will be member-only events. If you’re not an Iowa Lean Consortium (ILC) member yet, we’d love to welcome you! Learn how your organization can join and become part of this dynamic community!
