Testimonials from ILC members who attended the inaugural event:

“I was very excited to learn more about the culture at Toyota and to see a servant leadership model in practice, especially at such a large manufacturing organization. I reinforced that the model is doable and successful in any environment.”

“The content of Mike’s presentation was exactly what I was looking for. The factory tours were focused each time on something different so we could experience new things.”

“This not only taught me more about Lean but it gave me many tools to bring back to our company.”

“I went into this expecting to learn how to implement lean into our business. I got even more than I expected especially visiting the other plants. That really helped, to be able to actually see some of the things we talked about in class actually in action. Mike was a great teacher you can tell he is very passionate about lean and he broke things down very well.”
